Refund policy

Northark LLP offers returns, replacements, and refunds for eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return, Replacement, or Refund

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is non-functional upon arrival

Requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.

Products approved for return may be eligible for either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

2. Proof Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

3. Return & Resolution Process

After verification:

  • Pickup or return instructions will be shared with the customer
  • Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging along with accessories, manuals, and included items where applicable
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Northark LLP will process either:
    • A replacement shipment within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability, or
    • A refund to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Damage after use
  • Improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic differences
  • Customer preference change
  • Missing packaging/accessories
  • Unauthorized repair attempts

5. Refund Conditions

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking partner.

Shipping or convenience charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Northark LLP or a verified product defect.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Where manufacturer warranty exists, customers may be directed to authorized service centers.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is verified as valid, Northark LLP will bear the return or replacement shipping costs.
  • If the request does not qualify under this policy, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse requests suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.
