7. Payments
We accept prepaid payment methods only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payments are processed via RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete financial credentials.
8. Shipping and Risk Transfer
Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
Northark LLP is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics providers or events beyond our control.
All purchases are subject to our Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy available on the Platform.
9. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
Certain products sold (including electronics, tools, portable stoves, inflatables, and equipment) require proper handling.
Northark LLP shall not be liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
